BauWeiser is expanding its range of services with another specialised process. In addition to the already offered functions, such as the use of information from construction measures coordination (roads), the creation of line enquiries (ELBE+) and communication with residents (construction site profiles), applications for excavation permits (permission according to §22 Hamburg Roads Act (HWG)) and applications related to this due to regulatory road traffic regulations (§ 45 Road Traffic Regulations (StVO)) can be submitted through and administered with BauWeiser as of now.
In the process, BauWeiser provides assistance with, among other things, a clearly structured, digital application form, which can be pre-filled from various sources of information and allows comfortable monitoring of the processing and approval status, including the direct download of the corresponding decisions.
Other significant innovations are the conditions of useand the data protection declaration, the consent to or acknowledgement of which is required prior to further use of BauWeiser. This can be directly submitted in the online service.

Additionally, instructions for the BauWeiser can be accessed at the support page effective immediately in the form of videos (so-called tutorials). Our new media library is constantly being further developed and supplemented with additional material.
